for the American Cancer Society out of Hispanic agency Contacto Marketing and Communications in Coral Gables, Fla., that won a ton of awards this year, including a Gold Pencil and a Silver Lion. Now he's selling his Lion on eBay
. As he notes via e-mail, "Desperate times call for innovative (and yes, desperate) measures." Contacted in Miami, the 34-year-old Miami Ad School alum explains that he'd hoped the award winner would be his ticket to a bigger agency, although in this economy that hasn't exactly worked out. After leaving Contacto to pursue his dream, Lozada is still looking. "I really just wanted to be able to do great work, and there wasn't any opportunity to do that there," he says.
