TBWA Creates Literal Buzz for Nextel

TBWA/Chiat/Day/N.Y. turns to entomological metaphors -- and detailed effects -- in its latest campaign for Nextel, which illustrates how the telecom "helps groups get things done."

In two visually stunning spots produced by Smuggler and directed by Swedish effects specialists Stylewar, businessmen are portrayed as worker bees -- complete with madly fluttering wings, a hive-shaped office and orders from the queen -- while a construction site becomes a bustling ant farm of activity, all thanks to copious effects from The Mill/N.Y.
