A new recruiting video from TBWA/London makes a point to reach out to young talent -- really
young talent. In the promotional clip, we see a child executive going about his business at the agency, all to underline the agency's recruiting philosophy. "Our chief executive is only 33," a voiceover tells us, referring to office CEO Andrew McGuinness. "At TBWA, we reckon if you're good enough, you're old enough to make it in advertising. Well, are you?"
