VW Spotlights Touareg, Phaeton for Olympics

Published on .

VW "Picture"
Anonymous Content director Malcolm Venville -- who directed the notable Volkswagen spots "Squares" and "Rewire" -- returns to service for VW and agency Arnold Worldwide with a new pair of spots that are airing during the Olympics. In one, a father explains the features of his Phaeton to his curious son. In the other -- a narrative in the VW tradition of "Milky Way" and "Big Day" -- a couple in a Touareg do a favor for a fellow tourist as the Richard Buckner tune "Ariel Ramirez" provides a somber soundtrack.
