Ikea has entered electronics with Uppleva, a fully integrated TV and sound system in a stylish console that was introduced in an adorable YouTube product demonstration created out of Forsman & Bodenfors. It already has more than one million views.

Wearing Ikea's sleek, minimalist aesthetic, Uppleva consists of a smart LED TV, Blu-ray player and sound system in customizable cabinetry to eliminate unsightly cords and wires. Chinese supplier TCL is doing the displays, and all the components can be controlled with one remote.

It's an obvious move for the brand. We already rely on Ikea to help us clear up the clutter created by our myriad electronic devices, so if it can provide us with a neat, one-stop electronics housing solution -- why not?
