Recent packaging projects from L.A.'s Chase Design Group include not one but two holiday vodka bottles for TV mogul and father of Tori, Aaron Spelling. "Spelling is a connoisseur of fine vodka with a penchant for gifts," explains Chase VP Chris Lowery. "Creating his own custom-distilled vodka allows him to extend his personal brand while giving the best he can provide to his friends." Etched-glass bottles with silver metallic designs surely say "Love Boat," no? Also from Chase is Oak Knoll (not shown), a private label wine created for The WB Television Network to honor its outgoing founder, Jamie Kellner. An incoming consumer project is offbeat Voyant, a chai cream liqueur. "Unlike the vodka shelf, the liqueur shelf has had only a couple of recent entries to its staid lineup, and it's ripe for innovation," says Lowery. "This package was an instant hit with distributors and we feel it's poised to gain a strong foothold in the market."
