SearchEngineLand.com's Danny Sullivan has implored Google to shed Performics, the search engine marketing firm that is part of DoubleClick. Well, he got his wish. Now, he said, he waits to see if Microsoft will "do the right thing" and similarly spin off or sell Avenue A/ Razorfish, which it inherited as part of its aQuantive acquisition.
