NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- The American Association of Advertising Agencies and the Internet Advertising Bureau today updated their year-old Terms & Conditions for Internet Advertising guidelines.

The Internet advertising guidelines now include common language for agencies relating to their use of ad-serving solutions, and publishers are offered an improved definition of liability coverage.

The guidelines address the following: notification, reporting and billing procedures; make-good definitions; publisher rejection of ad materials; and indemnification.
