NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- CCG.XM, the digital arm of Cordiant Communications Group's Bates Worldwide, New York, has created Visa International's Web site supporting its sponsorship of the 2002 Paralympic Winter Games.

Visa is the official payment service of the Games, which are being held in Salt Lake City from March 7-16.

The Web site, www.visaparalympics.com, has been designed with the online needs of the physically and mentally disabled in mind as specified by the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Accessibility Initiative.

The consortium is an advocacy group founded in 1994 to promote universal accessibility of the Web.
