NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- While Deepend's London office has closed, the management team of its New York office announced it has acquired the company out of receivership.

Parent company Deepgroup Ltd. went into voluntary liquidation Sept. 24, leaving the fate of the sibling companies in the hands of the local managers.

New York executives of the i-shop decided unanimously that, in light of recent project wins, it will "continue trading and is confident in the long-term viability of the New York market."
