Mr. Sweet is charged with leading the highly specialized branch's strategic design and service offerings, and will oversee the suite of campaigns that drive incremental revenue for the company's partners.
Prior to joining GSI Interactive, Mr. Sweet was executive creative director at Tribal DDB San Francisco, a top-10 international digital marketing agency and Advertising Age's 2008 Agency of the Year. Mr. Sweet has held creative roles at itraffic/Agency.com, Modem Media and BigYellow, and helmed several websites and integrated media campaigns.
Will report to Pahade
He will answer directly to GSI Interactive head Nick Pahade, who joined GSI earlier this year after serving as president of Publicis Groupe's futures practice, Denuo.
Mr. Sweet has worked with marketers including Clorox, Miller Brewing Co., General Electric Co., Visa, eBay, British Airways, Pepsi, Project (Red), Wells Fargo, Discovery Networks, Motorola, Kodak, Sears and 20th Century Fox.
