NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Two Interpublic Group of Cos. executives have joined the board of Modem Media.

They are Larry Weber, chairman-CEO of Interpublic's Advanced Marketing Services group, and Bruce Nelson, executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Interpublic.

The executives replace Donald M. Elliman and Donald L. Seeley, who were designees of True North Communications, the agency holding company that had held a minority stake in Modem Media that was transferred to Interpublic after its purchase of True North.
