Nielsen/NetRatings collects site and advertising data in real time based on Web surfing of 57,000-plus home and 8,000 work panelists. Audience projections are based on a monthly enumeration of the U.S. Internet household population; the panel is recruited and maintained using random digit dial (RDD).
