Brazil marketers will pay for pitches

[rio de janeiro] In a major change, Brazilian advertisers have agreed to pay ad agencies for campaigns developed for presentations and pitches. The National Advertisers Association and the Brazilian Advertising Agencies Association have drafted a document that requires advertisers to pay a minimum of $1,700 and a maximum of $10,000, depending on the size of the budget.
