David Nobay, 35, moves to Sydney as executive creative director of Publicis Groupe's Saatchi & Saatchi. He had been deputy creative director for Bozell, New York. He was then briefly Bozell's executive creative director, after Tony Granger's departure from the agency, which is set to merge with Lowe Lintas & Partners, both owned by Interpublic Group of Cos. In Australia, Mr. Nobay replaces Malcolm Poynton, who returns to his native U.K.
