Antony Young, Hong Kong-based CEO of ZenithOptimedia for Asia, moves to London next month to become CEO for the U.K. of ZenithOptimedia, owned 75% by Publicis Groupe and 25% by Cordiant Communications Group. He succeeds Simon Marquis, who takes the new post of U.K. chairman and will focus on key client relationships like Procter & Gamble Co. and Toyota Motor Corp.

John O'Shea moves back to Singapore as managing director of Publicis Groupe's Leo Burnett Singapore after five years in London at WPP Group's Ogilvy & Mather, where he was a managing partner and worldwide account director on Glaxo SmithKline. He previously worked in Singapore as Ogilvy's group managing director.

Mr. O'Shea succeeds John Borzi, who is returning to his native Australia and may work with Burnett there.
