Work: Dragonair

Published on .

[hong kong] Dragonair celebrates the launch of direct flights to Taipei and additional flights to mainland China with a 90-second spot by Omnicom Group's DDB, Hong Kong. The Dragonair logo is brought to life in a visual feast by a traditional Chinese dragon, which dances in locations served by the Hong Kong airline such as Shanghai, Beijing's Forbidden City next to Tiananmen Square, Angkor Wat in Cambodia, and Japan. It finally "lands" in Hong Kong, where the spot broke in early September. Art Director: Steve Wong. Copywriter: Paul Chan.
