So, according to the British Advertising Standards Authority, 17 viewers complained that the ad below, which touts the downloading speed of Apple's iPhone ("really fast"), overhyped just how fast the gadget can pull down news articles, apps and maps on the 3G network. The ASA agreed, deeming the ad "misleading" because it implied that download times were as fast as those depicted in the commercial. Thus, the ad isn't allowed to appear again in its current form.
