Since 1979, Little has proven that with a Midwestern work ethic and a few morals, the results will come.

The 30-person Minneapolis agency founded by Monica Little espouses collaboration, integrity, courage, curiosity and joy of life, a philosophy that has paid off for clients like Target and Lowe's.

The company prides itself on its ability to define a brand, said President and Chief Creative Officer Joe Cecere. "We have to think different … and give our clients work that they don't always think they're going to get and surprise them," he said.
