The Cause Marketing Forum is accepting entries for its annual Cause Marketing Halo Awards through Jan. 31. Late applications will be accepted until Feb. 5 with an additional $100 fee.
Gold and silver winners in nine categories will be announced at the Cause Marketing Forum's annual conference June 1–2 in Chicago. Competition categories are:
- Video creative
- Digital marketing
- Social service/education
- Print creative
- Event marketing
To be eligible, campaigns must measurably advance the interests of both a business and a nonprofit partner or cause and must have run in the U.S. or Canada at least in part in 2010. Previous Halo Award winners can't enter categories they already won except for new print or video creative in the print and video creative categories.
Entries will be judged by a committee of up to six judges looking at four areas: conceptual strength, execution, business results and cause results. Two finalists in each category will be notified by March 18, with winners announced during the annual Cause Marketing Forum annual conference.
