This Fort Worth, Texas-based agency strives to be first. But with 65 employees, PMG knows it won't be the largest.
That doesn't seem to matter to the digital agency's clients, which include Beats by Dre, OpenTable and J.Crew. And clients have come via referral, so the five-year-old team can keep its values while reaching audiences with customization.
"We haven't lost our identity," said David Gong, director-strategic accounts. "We want to work alongside people who have that same passion, who have that same accountability that each of us has."
