Watch the newest ads on TV from Audi, Toyota, Geico and more

Every weekday we bring you the Ad Age/iSpot Hot Spots, new TV commercials tracked by iSpot.tv, the real-time TV ad measurement company with attention and conversion analytics from more than eight million smart TVs. The ads here ran on national TV for the first time yesterday.

A few highlights: Geico serves up a "Jeopardy"-inspired spot that reveals (or confirms, if you already knew) what kind of accent the Geico Gecko has. A Cadillac Escalade gets parked in a high-rise apartment for some reason (the ad includes a helpful disclaimer: "Dramatization. Do not attempt"). And in an Audi commercial, the newly-named "Employee of the Year" at a nondescript corporation decides it's time to start her own company (and of course she leaves her job by driving away in her Audi).
