TNN—to be rechristened as Spike TV in June— has tapped Laura Molen as VP-director of ad sales. She will oversee the New York sales staff, reporting to David Lawenda, senior VP of ad sales. She was most recently senior VP-general sales manager for Paramount advertiser services.

As part of the continuing integration of the Zomba Label Group, BMG unveiled the formation of the Global Marketing Group to be led by Tim Prescott, BMG's exec VP and chief marketing officer. The new division will centralize BMG's marketing efforts for all of its labels and companies. Prescott reports to Rolf Schmidt-Holtz, the company's chairman and CEO.
