"American Idol" judge Simon Cowell, he of the scathing rebuke, has inked a three-year pact with Fox Broadcasting Co. to remain on the show as well as develop new projects for the network. As part of the first-look deal with Cowell's Simcow Ltd., Fox has handed him a blind series commitment.

Hank Wasiak has left his post as vice chairman of McCann-Erickson WorldGroup to join his son Gregg Wasiak, partner and co-owner of The Concept Farm, a branded entertainment company. Wasiak will be a full-time consultant with the title Wisdom Farmer.
