Universal Television Distribution has hatched a global marketing and creative services division to support the studio's TV operations, as well as its pay-per-view and video-on-demand units. Under the restructuring, Dan Weiss, UTD's exec VP-worldwide marketing has promoted Deb Brunner to senior VP-worldwide marketing and creative services. At the same time, Stacy Melle has been upped to VP-worldwide marketing, pay-per-view and video-on-demand.

Media Revolution, an integrated marketing outfit, has promoted Cathryn Still to director of marketing and solution development. Still reports directly to Founder, President & Creative Director Jason Yim.
