Brent Hansen, recently appointed the president of creative at MTV Networks International, is firming up his management team. London-based Harriett Brand will broaden her European purview to a global one, taking the new title of senior Vice President, talent and music at MTVNI. Similarly, New York-based Bill Flanagan has been named senior Vice President and editorial director of MTVNI. Finally, MTVN Latin America exec Cristian Jofre is relocating to London to take the newly created post of senior Vice President and creative director of MTVNI.

Warner Bros. Television senior Vice President, current programs, Melinda Hage, has bestowed Vice President status to three programming execs: Lisa Lang, Adrienne Turner, and Kimberly Metcalf. Turner and Metcalf were previously directors while Lang comes on board from Universal Television.
