Viacom Productions has upped Susan Edelist to senior VP-business affairs and has named Pamela Soper VP-creative affairs. Edelist, will continue to report to President Perry Simon. Soper will oversee current series including "Ed" and "The Division." She reports to Exec VP-Creative Affairs Steve Gordon.

Cartoon Network Exec VP-Sales and Marketing Kim McQuilken promoted John O'Hara to senior-VP-sales and marketing and Joe Hogan to VP-national sales manger. These moves follow the consolidation earlier this year of the ad sales groups of both the Cartoon Network and Kids' WB.
