Leonard Goldstein has been upped to exec VP-development at Warner Bros. Television, where he'll fill the role of creative right-hand man under President Peter Roth. Goldstein, most recently Warner Bros. TV's head of comedy development, will take over in June from Steve Pearlman, who is stepping down to become a Warner Bros.-based producer.

Mark Dunn has been named VP of EMI Marketing, overseeing the record label's catalog, compilations, DVD and special-markets initiatives on a global basis. He had previously run EMI's DVD division. The announcement was made by Mark Collen and Matthieu Lauriot-Prevost, EMI's senior VPs of global marketing.
