Ghen Maynard has become exec VP-prime time development at NBC, reporting directly to NBC Entertainment President Kevin Reilly. He was previously senior VP-alternative programming and creative strategies at CBS. Maynard will oversee comedy and drama development.

Warner Bros. Entertainment has upped Diane Nelson to the newly created post of exec VP-global brand management. Nelson and her team will manage brands across the studio and all Time Warner platforms. She was previously exec VP-domestic marketing, Warner Bros.Pictures.
