Media-buying agency MindShare North America has hired David Lang as senior partner and director of programming at its branded-entertainment arm MindShare Entertainment (ABC’s The Days). Based out of Los Angeles, Mr. Lang will help identify, develop and produce entertainment and programming opportunities for the agency and its clients, which include Unilever, Sears, American Express and Domino’s Pizza. He reports to MindShare Entertainment President Peter Tortorici. Mr. Lang most recently was senior vice president at Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video Entertainment. He was also a producer on The Rosie O’Donnell Show.
