DaimlerChrysler’s Jeep is launching "We Are The Mudds," an eight-episode series to air only online at www.wearethemudds.com, travel site Orbitz.com and Outside.com. The series, about the quintessential Jeep-owning family, will promote the company’s new seven-passenger Jeep Commander SUV. Omnicom’s Organic produced the series, which begins Oct. 24. | James Costos
, formerly head of national promotions and licensing at Revolution Studios, has formed branded-entertainment and licensing shop Eight Cylinders Inc.
At Revolution, he paired up P&G’s Max Factor with "Mona Lisa Smile," Diet Coke and Neutrogena with "13 Going on 30" and brokered an overall deal with Ford that included support of "Are We There Yet?" and "XXX: State of the Union." Before Revolution, Mr. Costos served as VP, director of domestic retail operations for Hermes of Paris, and VP for TOD’S.
