Chrysler and Ford Motor Co. are preparing major video-game promotions for their 2005 models. As part of Chrysler's $50 million Grand Cherokee launch, the Jeep brand is being integrated into Terminal Reality's "Jeep Mountain Madness" game, due out next month. Separately, Ford's 2005 Mustang will similarly star in its own online video game on the Web site fordvehicle.com and other sites while also appearing in Sony's "Grand Turismo IV" game. | Chrysler has also become the first advertiser to participate in a Nielsen Entertainment and Activision program to measure how consumers interact with ads in online PC video games.
