Timed for next year’s World Football Cup in Germany, Pepsi is producing the reality series Pepsi Max World Challenge, featuring 24 young amateur soccer players (two each from 11 countries) who compete in a series of challenges at stadiums around the world where teams like Manchester United and AC Milan play. Athletes David Beckham, Thierry Henry and Ronaldinho will also appear in the project, set to debut in April on the U.K.’s Channel 4. | Nordstrom aims to target women in their 30s and 40s by launching Silverscreen, downloadable software that will serve as the retailer’s branded entertainment channel and play remixes of music videos and merchandise previews. Publicis Groupe’s Fallon Worldwide, Minneapolis, produced the software with Maven Networks. They will also launch a more limited site at www.nordstromsilverscreen.com.
