Name: Tracy Dorsey
Who she is: VP-associate director of Magna Global Entertainment, overseeing creative development and production.
Where she's from: Prior to her current stint at Magna, Dorsey spent three years as a writer/producer for ABC News' "Good Morning America" and "20/20." Her roots go back to Madison Avenue where she first collaborated with Magna Global Entertainment Director Robert Riesenberg as a media planner at BBDO. Her working relationship with Riesenberg also includes stints at Maltese Productions and RER Entertainment.

What's next: Dorsey goes back into production in mid-November for the second six-episode season of NBC's reality series "The Restaurant." Magna, Reveille and Mark Burnett return as the production team.
