Who they are: Pinkus is senior-VP of Strategic Marketing, Custom Product and Synch Licensing for Warner Strategic Marketing, a division of Warner Music Group. Kinloch is Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Warner Strategic Marketing.

Where they're from: Pinkus started at Rhino Records as Director of Licensing in 1992 and went on to found the Rhino Special Products division. Kinloch was previously VP of Product Management & Partnership Marketing at Rhino.

%%PULLQUOTE_RIGHT%% What they've done: They collaborated on a custom CD on-pack promotional program for Kahlua, which included a sweepstakes in conjunction with the Hard Rock Café. For Oral-B, the pair put together a 3-song sampler packaged with toothbrush and toothpaste, leveraging Kid Rhino's release of Nickelodeon-branded full-length CD. Since 1996, they've worked successfully on over 20 music titles with Starbucks retail CD efforts.

What's next: "We're looking for true partnerships that are long-term and meaningful to both sides. Clients are looking for larger integrated marketing programs; they're not looking for just a custom CD, or just the use of a song in the commercial."
