The Horse and Hound Boutique, a Swedish store that sells riding gear and pet-care paraphernalia, wanted to go the extra mile to show it truly understands animals.
The store came up with a series of witty print ads to show that it "knows what dogs like." A very simple but effective double-page spread showed one dog's rear end on the left-hand page and another dog's front end on the right-hand page, in recognition of the fact that dogs introduce themselves to each other in a much more personal way than humans do. As the reader closed the pages of the magazine, the nose of one dog would meet the rear end of the other.
