People who are afraid of your product or service aren't usually a brand's core target, but that is not stopping Virgin from creating an app to help people overcome their fear of flying.
This is not the first time Virgin has helped consumers overcome their phobia of flying. In 1997, it offered a series of seminars, costing £199, doing just that. The app, which has evolved out of the seminar's teachings, comes in at a rather more reasonable $4.99 and is more practical, as it can be used when the owner most needs it: on the flight.
