With a flurry of Olympics-related activity in the run-up to the Beijing Olympics, GE Money Bank needed to stand out. As a sponsor of the Czech Olympic Team, it wanted to ensure sports fans were aware of the association.
The solution was to look to outdoor and the company's network of branch offices to recreate key sports events. Executions included a full-size 100m running track at headquarters and a pole-vaulter placed outside a bank location.
These special builds helped boost awareness of the partnership by 160%.
