'Must-See TV' Marketer Leaves NBC

The New York Times notes that Vince Manze, one of the architects of NBC's highly regarded marketing and promotions campaigns during its dominant years in the 1990s, is leaving the network after an 18-year career to start an independent production and media company. Mr. Manze said he was taking along with him more than 20 projects he had been developing while at NBC. The new company, which he is calling InVincible, will both produce TV programs and marketing campaigns.
