NEW YORK ( -- When 'Seventeen' started thinking about the best way to choose this year's beauty award winners, they decided to ask 50 of their beauty-obsessed readers to test all of fall's new products. After hours of applying make-up, trying new nail products, layering on the latest body lotions/perfumes and using all the hottest hair products, they reported back on their favorites. 'Seventeen' executives personally visited the 2005 beauty awards winners and presented them with a red crystal heart that was designed by Elsa Peretti for Tiffany's. Estee Lauder won for best concealer for its Estee Lauder Ideal Light Brush-On Illuminator.
