NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- AOL Time Warner said that it had expanded its relationship with Oxygen Media to include significant distribution into Time Warner cable households.

Under the terms of the deal, Oxygen will become available in 10 million Time Warner subscriber homes by the third quarter of 2002, and will also receive an equity investment from AOL, which was one of Oxygen's original investors in 1998.

Oxygen's online content will also gain increased distribution throughout the AOL online service, the companies said.
