NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- AOL Time Warner has formed a central group designed to implement ad deals that reach across the array of the company's outlets.

Called AOL Time Warner Global Marketing Solutions, the group will implement deals initiated by the company's Ad Council.

The media giant tapped Myer Berlow, America Online's president for worldwide interactive marketing, to be the group's president.

Julie Kantrowitz, formerly executive vice president of media sales at Warner Bros. Domestic Television, will serve as the group's chief operating officer.

Additionally, Robert Friedman, formerly president of AOLTV, becomes president of AOL Interactive Marketing.
