Following a CBS "Late Show" marketing stunt that put Stephen Colbert's face on bottles of Stumptown iced coffee, Chameleon Cold Brew has drafted Jimmy Kimmel into a response.

Chamelon's version, which it calls "Jimmy Kimmelion," feature the face of the host of ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" on the body of a chameleon. Mr. Kimmel's sidekick, Guilermo Rodriguez, is also appearing on bottles of Chameleon's Mexican cold-brew coffee.

Unlike the CBS-Stumptown pact, the Chameleon bottles were Chameleon's initiative alone and not part of a deal ABC or Mr. Kimmel. Where Stumptown Col'Brew was handed out in New York City, Jimmy Kimmelion is not available to the public. Chameleon sent samples of "Jimmy Kimmelion" to press and Mr. Kimmel.

"The Chameleon Cold-Brew bottle was made as a lighthearted response to the Stephen Colbert Stumptown bottles," a spokeswoman for Austin, Tex.-based Chameleon said via email. "As the brand that put cold-brew on the map, Chameleon doesn't like to take itself too seriously (as evidenced by the goofy label), and being that Austin is one of Jimmy's favorite cities, it seemed like a great opportunity to have a little fun."
