in early May. He joins a small team working on the launch that includes design heavyweight Donald Robertson, a longtime associate of veteran editor Bonnie Fuller, who's now at Wenner Media's Us Weekly. Mr. Robertson was most recently creative director at Glamour.

Previously, Mr. Foxman, 29, was a senior editor at Time Inc.'s In Style. For the job he beat out an internal candidate, GQ senior editor Mark Healy, who some thought earlier this week might get the job.

The men's version of Lucky is slated for a 2004 launch. Unlike its sister title, it's expected to take a much broader approach toward being a magazine about shopping, and cover areas beyond Lucky's fashion bailiwick.
