NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- A key Conde Nast Publications executive said it will publish its Bride's magazine and Modern Bride, which it would acquire from Primedia under a deal announced last week, as separate magazines.

Nina Lawrence dismissed speculation Conde Nast might fold Modern Bride.

"We are going to publish two individual editorial products," Ms. Lawrence said. "That's all that's been determined -- with both coming out six times a year. There are no plans to change that at this point."
