Conde Nast Media Group oversees corporate ad sales across Advance Publications' portfolio, which inlcudes Conde Nast Publications, Fairchild Publications, Golf Digest Cos., newspaper supplement Parade, and online arm CondeNet.

Ms. Grimes had been the founding publisher of Conde Nast's ill-fated Women's Sports and Fitness magazine. She became publisher of Allure and later publisher of Glamour.
