KELLOGG, AOL TIME WARNER SIGN MARKETING PACT

Cerals, Snacks Promoted Across Cable, Online Properties

NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Kellogg USA, Battle Creek, Mich., today announced it has signed a cross-platform marketing agreement with AOL Time Warner.

The multiyear agreement, the terms of which were not disclosed, will allow Kellogg to place brands from its Kellogg and Keebler portfolios, including Frosted Flakes, Pop-Tarts, Cheez-It and Fudge Shoppe, across AOL Time Warner properties such as Cartoon Network, the WB, TBS, CNN, Warner Bros. and America Online.

Bcom3 Group's Starcom North America, the media agency of record for Kellogg and Keebler, negotiated the alliance, which follows similar deals announced recently by Kraft Foods and Procter & Gamble Co. with the media giant.
