The Media Chart is a weekly look at what's topping the rankings and the ratings.

It might seem like forever go, but the CBS broadcast of The Grammy Awards happened last Monday so it dominated the week ending Feb. 21, beating out CBS's "NCIS," which beat out CBS's "Big Bang Theory," which beat out CBS's "NCIS: New Orleans," which beat out CBS's "Blue Bloods," which beat out CBS's ... You get the picture.

The Grammy's also carried the week when it came to TV-related Twitter activity, edging out "The Walking Dead." MSNBC and CNN both scored well in the category with political coverage that did better than the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. Poor pooches.
