The Media Chart is a weekly look at what's topping the rankings and the ratings.

In its 14th season "NCIS" can't be stopped, ranking as the most-watched broadcast for the week ended Oct. 16, even besting the NFL.

CBS dominated broadcast viewing for the week, with six out of the top 10 most-watched programs. These include "The Big Bang Theory," as well as its new procedural "Bull." "NCIS: Los Angeles" and "60 Minutes" also make it to the top 10.
