The Media Chart for Nov. 25: Will 'Moana' Top Thanksgiving Weekend?

The Media Chart is a weekly look at what's topping the rankings and the ratings.

The Thanksgiving weekend box office is practically owned by Walt Disney Co. -- or Disney-related studios. If you scroll down to the bottom of these charts, you'll see a Top 10 -- including the top five slots -- dominated by Buena Vista. "Frozen" seems an obvious representative, but even the 1996 Pixar movie "Bug's Life" is up there.

And this weekend will see the release of "Moana," a Polynesian tale starring Auli'i Cravalho as Moana and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as Maui. Will it join the Disney pantheon?
